INTERNATIONAL DAY OF THE VICTIMS OF ENFORCED DISAPPEARANCES

On 30th August 2020, we joined other Human Rights Organizations from Kwale, Mombasa, Kilifi, and the great people of Coast region in commemorating the International Day of the Victims of ENFORCED DISAPPEARANCES in Msambweni Sub-County, Kwale County - Kenya.

The event was marked by conducting a Peaceful Procession from Kona ya Musa, Diani to Corner Beach where we held a 30-minutes vigil, followed by a submission of a Memorandum to the Area OCPD.

The program revolved around DIVERSITY where participants were taken through; - What is diversity? - How is diversity important in our socio-economic collaboration? - What are the challenges brought by diversity?
